Youth Leading Climate Action (YLCA) is a youth-led organization empowering young people to lead sustainable climate solutions. Bangladesh is one of the world's most climate-vulnerable nations — and our youth are rising to lead the change.
Founded in 2022, YLCA focuses on agroecology, green entrepreneurship, biodiversity conservation, and youth participation in climate governance, building a resilient society where youth play a central role in addressing climate challenges.
From agroecology seed fairs to international COP delegations, YLCA runs programs that turn young Bangladeshis into climate leaders.
Young women across 20 villages in Daudkandi grow 10 indigenous seed varieties in home gardens — building food security, income, and independence one nursery at a time.

Rural teachers and women leaders are trained to run community sessions on pesticide risks, safe food, and organic alternatives — then take that knowledge back to their own villages.
