YLCA showcased its research on community-led sustainable agriculture at the 8th International Conference on Sustainable Development at United International University (April 11–12, 2026). The paper, "The Potential of Community-Based Agroecology Practices in Transitioning to Subscription-Based Farming for a Safe and Nutritional Food Value Chain," was authored and presented by Raisul Safkat, Amanna Jahan Biva, Khansa Rahman, and Md. Abu Jafor.
Based on extensive field interactions with over 400 women agroecology practitioners, the study emphasizes how Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) models can safeguard producer livelihoods while delivering safe, nutritious food to consumers. Through this initiative, YLCA continues to bridge local grassroots evidence with international academic platforms to drive climate action.
